What is charter management?
We offer several kind of boats on leasing during
5, 6 i 7 years with 4-5 % interest. Purchase
participation is 20, 30 or 50%, and you are free to
choose type of boat and leasing.
Charter management conditions are:
65 % of price which is accomplished in charter belongs
to owner. From that share owner bear the costs of berth, cabotage,
concession, insurance, temporary import, spare parts and boat
registration.
If owner want some additional equipment, he also bear the
costs. 35 % of price which is accomplished in charter
belongs to ours charter company and we bears next costs:
marketing costs, agents commission for booking, office work,
intervention, boats presentation, direct contacts, boats servicing,
all business function.
With this kind of cooperation we can guarantee to you that
your boat will be about 17-18 weeks in charter during the
summer season,which is quite enough to cover leasing year
rate and all your costs.
With very simple calculation you can find out that after
5, 6 or 7 years, you have got a boat which worth at least
double price which you had invested. Of course you have right
to use a boat, but by arrangement with us.
